Other Frequently Asked Questions

What is the summit registration fee?

There is no registration fee for IDDS.

How does the scholarship program work?

Scholarships are available for participants who need assistance with the costs associated with the summit (visas, travel, living expenses). Once participants are selected, the organizing committee will work with the participants to identify sources of funding to meet these needs.

Will IDDS take care of travel arrangements?

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements, unless they are granted a scholarship. IDDS will arrange for plane tickets for scholarship recipients. IDDS will provide a letter of invitation, however it is the responsibility of the participants to get passports, visas and other necessary travel documents. Visas must be secured by 1 June in order to confirm participation in the conference.

Whom should I contact with further questions?
